2019 NFL Mock Draft on Draft Day
Didn’t have a whole lot of time to put this together, so I’ll grade the picks and add comments after the draft.
Cardinals QB Kyler Murray
Had the Giants trading up for a bit, but going to switch back to the Cards staying pat and drafting Kyler, one year after drafting Josh Rosen with the 10th overall pick.
49ers DE Nick Bosa
Before picking up Dee Ford from the Chiefs in Free Agency, Defensive End was a huge weakness for the Niners. Now, an edge rusher is still very much needed, but Bosa is also the “Best Player Available”. So long as a QB goes number 1, the Niners should make a quick decision albeit another EDGE-needy team calling the 49ers, and offering a massive haul of draft capital
(Lions trade w/ Jets) DE Josh Allen
After Losing Ezekiel Ansah to Free Agency, the Lions will call up the Jets in order to secure the drafts’ safest EDGE prospect.
(Redskins trade with Raiders) QB Dwayne Haskins, OSU
Buccaneers DT Quinnen Williams, Alabama
Giants QB Daniel Jones, Duke
Jaguars OT Jawaan Taylor, Florida
